The web app allows you to create and manage teams. You can organize your athletes in an unlimited number of teams. This offers you the advantage that you don't have to add everyone individually to an activity if you have a large number of participants or athletes. You can invite teams to an event both when creating the activity and later under Add participants. The athlete must accept the invitation in their profile in the web app to join the team and can leave the team again if they wish.
To create a team, click on Teams in the left-hand column of the web app. In this overview, you will see all the teams you have created or joined. Now click on Create new team. You can now give your team a name and click on Create. In the next step, you can add a logo and select a color for your team. If you like the preview, click on save. Now you can invite your participants to your team using various options (Facebook, Messenger, link, QR etc.) - then click on finish to create the team.
If an athlete is invited to an activity in which the Oculus Speed and Motion Tracker is used in the Motion module, confirmation of the invitation is required for the results to be displayed. However, if the athlete is registered in a team with the creator of the activity, the invitation is confirmed automatically. This means that the athlete does not have to accept the invitations from their coach every time.
