Click on "Configure route" in your activity, you will now be taken to the following view:
At the top, you can navigate to the left or right using the arrow key to switch between the three menu items "Goals", "Calculations" and "Presentation".
You can now set your virtual goals on this page. It is possible to add an unlimited number of goals or split times. You can do this simply by clicking on "Add":
Each click on Add adds a wide gate and places it on the map. The gates can now be moved by clicking and holding the circle on the map. Alternatively, the gates can also be placed correctly by entering coordinates - you can do this by clicking on the gate in the bar where they are added. The following window will now open
In this window, you can change the coordinates of the circles and therefore the position of the gate. You also have the option here of specifying whether the gate can only be triggered in one or both directions. You can also change the trigger direction by clicking on "Flip". By default, only one direction of triggering is specified. You can check this on the map - the arrow next to your goal indicates the direction.
You can enter a reference time for this sector by clicking on the cogwheel between the gates.
If you are satisfied with the result, click on "Process" to save your route configuration and return to the results overview of your activity.
Tip: You can make a recording on the desired route with your Oculus device - this will be displayed in the map view after uploading and can help you place your goals.
You can save your track configurations as a template! To do this, navigate to the track configuration and scroll to the far right of your goals, where you will find the "Template" button. Click on it and the following window will open:
Here you have the option of loading an already saved template and using it for your current activity, you can use your input to overwrite another template or you can save your input as a new template. You can find your saved templates under your profile.
The next step is to define the calculations you want for processing your data. To do this, please switch to the 2nd menu item "Calculations":
Now click on Add and a window will open in which you can enter your desired calculations. An unlimited number of calculations are possible:
The name of your calculation is automatically generated under Identifier - you will need this in the next step to display your results.
Under Property, you can choose whether you want to calculate the speed or the duration. When calculating the duration, there are no further sub-functions; here you can still specify which section should be considered for this. For speed, there are a number of sub-functions available (e.g. average, minimum, standard deviation, etc.) Here too, you can use the slider to select which section of your run should be considered and calculated. This allows you to perform a variety of calculations that you can configure yourself.
Now click on the last menu item Presentation to configure the presentation of your results.
You have an infinite number of options for displaying your results here. To control the filling of the table, click on the respective edit icon next to it.
There is a column group (e.g. to map a round). This column group can have an infinite number of columns below it (e.g. to map sections of the round).
By clicking on the cogwheel, you can specify the calculation of the results:
There are already two predefined calculations here: You can either select the duration or the speed and then specify the desired format. Now you only need to select the identifier of your calculation from the last step under "Calculation" so that the desired result is displayed.
The following page describes how to configure the columns and column groups, as well as a detailed explanation of the "Presentation" menu item. In addition to the two predefined calculations, you can program your own calculation with a little know-how!
