Row Smarter
Win Faster
From split times to stroke efficiency and synchronized video analysis — Lympik provides a complete performance ecosystem for modern rowing & paddling sports.
The Challenges in Rowing & Kayaking
Rowing and kayaking are precision-driven sports — stroke efficiency, acceleration phases, rhythm consistency and pacing strategy determine victories and defeats. But the reality in training often looks different: Conventional equipment only delivers rudimentary data, analysis is time-consuming and unclear. Coaches spend valuable time on manual post-processing instead of coaching.

Trainers need:
Automatic sector times
Stroke rate analysis
Speed profiles
Direct athlete comparison
Video synchronized with performance data
The Complete Rowing & Kayaking Performance Ecosystem
Automatic capture — no manual effort
OCULUS is attached to the boat using a custom-made bracket and starts automatically as soon as GPS signal is available. With 10 Hz sampling rate and all global satellite systems — GPS, Galileo, Glonass and Baidu — it captures every section with positional accuracy under 1.5 meters. Start and finish are detected automatically, after training the device uploads data automatically via WiFi. Analysis is ready in seconds — right at the dock on your smartphone.

Intelligent training analysis in seconds
With Lympik's analysis software, you have access to a powerful cloud platform that automatically processes, visualizes and evaluates measurement data — without manual post-processing. The software automatically detects start and finish, calculates GPS-based split times (splits) and clearly displays all performance metrics such as speed, stroke rate, distance per stroke and heart rate. In the interactive map view, you can compare routes, splits and training sections — down to a few meters.

Speed analysis — compare speed precisely
With speed analysis, multiple runs can be compared directly across the entire course. The evaluation is not limited to split times, but shows speed development precisely over the entire run. Every single stroke is captured and shows where speed was gained or lost.

Fully automated synchronization with video analysis
With IRIS, video analysis is seamlessly integrated into the Lympik Motion system. All relevant performance data from the OCULUS measurement and analysis software are automatically linked to the video and displayed as an overlay directly in the image. Speed, stroke rate or distance per stroke are visible at every moment — perfect for assessing technique and performance precisely. Videos are stored online in the Lympik Cloud, giving coaches and athletes access to their recordings anytime — without additional devices or complicated workflows.

How does it work?
1. Setup
Attach OCULUS to the boat mount, assign athletes in the Lympik Web-App. Course setup — including virtual split times — is done conveniently in the app.
2. Recording
As soon as GPS signal is available, OCULUS automatically starts recording — without manual intervention. IRIS synchronizes the video material.
3. Analysis
Right after training, OCULUS automatically uploads all data via WiFi. Speed, stroke rate and distance per stroke are available within seconds in the web app — also on your smartphone right at the water.
4. Comparison
Head-to-head comparison between athletes and boats. Multiple runs or athletes are continuously compared using interactive map view or evaluated via table.
5. Share
Share results, videos and analyses via link, WhatsApp or QR code. Athlete profiles with configurable visibility settings.

OCULUS
Motion Tracking Unit
OCULUS is Lympik's compact, high-precision motion sensor designed to capture every movement with exceptional accuracy. Using advanced GNSS technology and integrated motion sensors, it detects position, speed, acceleration, and more — and provides reliable data even in demanding training environments. OCULUS is small, robust and user-friendly and forms the basis for professional, data-based performance analysis in daily training.

Motion analysis
Cloud Software for Motion Data
It combines powerful sport-specific analytics with exceptional ease of use and enables coaches to gain detailed insights with just a few clicks. Predefined and customizable templates ensure consistent, comparable results across all training sessions and automatically process key figures such as speed, acceleration and split times. The result: professional-level performance analyses that are simple and efficient and are suitable for daily use in training.

IRIS
Video syncronization unit
IRIS is Lympik's professional video analysis system. It is designed to capture high-quality video footage in real time and synchronize it with performance data. In combination with movement analysis, trainers can synchronize key figures such as speed and time to each frame of the video and thus gain deeper, sport-specific insights. The result is a fully integrated video and data workflow that speeds up technical analysis in daily training, makes it clearer and more effective.

Video analysis
Cloud Software for Video Analysis
It combines synchronized video recordings and performance data to make technical details visible and measurable in every movement. Trainers can review scenes frame by frame, compare athletes side by side and display important key figures such as speed or split times directly into the video. The result is clearer feedback, faster corrections, and more effective, data-driven training.
