CHRONOS
Professional Timing Unit
CHRONOS is Lympik's high-precision timing device, developed in-house in Austria and built for professional sport. It transmits every timing impulse together with the athlete's identification via 4G to the Lympik web app in real time. Athletes identify themselves via NFC tag, wristband or ski pass. With IP67 protection, a 24-hour battery at -20 °C and automatic network selection, it runs reliably through every training day.

The Lympik web app has its own training module: easy to configure, right in the browser. Set up the course in minutes – start, finish and any number of split times. Athletes identify themselves via NFC chip, ski pass or bib number; every time is automatically assigned to the right profile. Sector analysis, rankings and the complete training history are available instantly. Results can be shared via link, WhatsApp or QR code and exported to Excel.

The Lympik web app has its own competition module: intuitive to use, no training required. Import participants via CSV and create start lists. IRIS is Lympik's camera adapter: it writes a frame-accurate timestamp to the audio track of your camera. Videos are then automatically assigned to the right athlete and run and synchronized with timing and motion data. The result is a fully integrated video and data workflow that makes technique analysis in daily training faster and clearer.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need a timing expert on the team?
No. The entire configuration runs through the web app in the browser — set up the course, assign CHRONOS, done. Anyone who can use a smartphone can use Lympik.
How long does setup take before training?
Under five minutes. Switch on CHRONOS, assign start, split time or finish in the web app. No cables between devices, no radio network.
Does the system work without an internet connection on site?
CHRONOS has a built-in 4G modem. As long as there is mobile reception, data is transmitted live. Without reception, the device stores locally and synchronises as soon as the connection is restored.
Can we start with one product and expand later?
Yes. All products work independently. A club can start with CHRONOS + Timing Training and later add OCULUS, IRIS and video analysis — without data loss, without new onboarding.
How are results shared with athletes and parents?
Via link, WhatsApp or QR code. Each session has its own share URL. Excel export is available at any time.
